MANRRS offers a variety of opportunities for members to learn, compete, and showcase their skills through signature programs, research presentations, and contests. From immersive experiences like the Animal Health and Care Academy, to the Regional Cluster Research Symposium and competitions at the Annual Training Conference & Career Expo, our programs are designed to expand career pathways, highlight member talent, and connect participants with industry leaders.
Through hands-on learning, skill-building, and professional networking, MANRRS empowers members to explore new opportunities, share their expertise, and advance in their academic and professional journeys.

Participants must:
- Be an Independent Member or a member of a MANRRS chapter in good standing.
- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8.
- Be eligible and available to travel for the experiential learning program.
1. Program Objective
Participants are expected to actively engage in learning and applying advanced technologies to address real-world agricultural challenges.
2. Focus Areas
Students will be exposed to careers and competencies in the following areas:
- Ag Business & Ag Economics: Understanding market trends, customer behavior analysis, and agricultural economics to optimize sales strategies.
- Sales Strategy & Communication: Techniques for effectively engaging with stakeholders and clients, including consultative selling and relationship management.
- Marketing Analytics & AI: Leveraging AI tools for market segmentation, predictive analytics, digital marketing, and social media strategy.
- Commodity Trading: Insights into agricultural commodities, risk management, and trading platforms.
3. Participation Expectations
To complete the track, students must:
- Attend and actively participate in all workshops focused on Sales and Marketing in agriculture
- Engage fully in in-person sessions
- Collaborate in team-based activities
- Meet with program mentors
- Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and accountability throughout the program

- Logistics & Operations: Transportation logistics, warehousing, and distribution networks for agricultural goods.

- AI & Automation: Integrating AI in supply chain forecasting, inventory management, and demand planning.
